The Role

As Partner Relations Manager at Lending Loop, you will directly manage and develop relationships with professionals and their firms including brokerages and service groups (accountants, bookkeepers etc.) while contributing to quarterly initiatives. You are an active listener, creative problem-solver and proven relationship manager with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure, develop and nurture relationships to meet quarterly acquisition targets;

  • On-board and manage a large number of partners through process development, strategic selling, active communication and cross-departmental collaboration;

  • Analyze and report on partner programs and/or performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis;

  • Coordinate and manage partner programs to maintain an active, growing pipeline of prospects;

  • Act as a trusted partner and embody Lending Loop’s core values and principles;

  • Act as liaison between internal teams and partners, providing feedback and direction where needed;

  • Represent Lending Loop at related industry events to drive brand awareness;

  • Maintain an understanding of all industry regulations and compliance requirements;

  • Engage professional online and offline communities in an authentic manner that results in partner leads and brand awareness for Lending Loop;

Desired Qualities, Skills, and Experience

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred;

  • 3+ years experience in sales, account management or business development;

  • 2-5 years experience in consumer lending, accounting and/or technology;

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

  • Excellent attention-to-detail, organizational and time management skills;

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM or similar software tools;
